Flavors:
Mile-High Coconut Cake: 4+ layers of moist coconut cake, filled with lemon or raspberry buttercream, frosted with a cream cheese buttercream, and slathered in shredded coconut. Serves 24.
Butter Pecan Cake: 3 layers of Butter-Vanilla cake, filled, frosted, and topped with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream and butter pecans. Serves 18-20
Death by Chocolate Cake: 3 layers of luscious chocolate cake, filled with your choice of vanilla, berry, cookies n/ cream, chocolate-mint, or chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream, and frosted with a rich Chocolate Ganache frosting. Serves 18-20
Raspberry Chocolate Rectangle Cake: 4 layers of our made-from-scratch chocolate cake, filled with raspberry and chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream, and frosted with more Raspberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Fresh raspberries only! Drizzled with rich semi-sweet chocolate ganache, and topped with chocolate non-pareils and a raspberry. Serves 20+
Deluxe German Chocolate Cake: 3 layers of German Chocolate cake, filled with Home-made Coconut-Pecan frosting, and frosted with a whipped Chocolate frosting, then drizzled with Semi-Sweet Ganache. Serves 18-20
Strawberry Short Cake: 2 layers of white cake, filled with real whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberries, frosted with loads of ruffles in pink or white Whipped Frosting, topped with a plump strawberry. Serves 20+
